Zumba Classes

Every Tuesday and Thursday at 6pm I teach Zumba classes at the Pine City Fire Department. The cost is $5 per class, but your first class is free! So why not give it a try?

I also teach on Saturday mornings at Elmira Fitness in Horseheads. Cost is $5 for drop-ins or free if you have a membership there. Talk to the person at the desk to find out about their membership options, including a trial membership.

Come out to have fun and burn calories. Don't forget to wear comfortable footwear (flat sole recommended) and bring a bottle of water.  The routines consists of basic moves that anyone can do, and the music is awesome!
